    Description

    During a noon meeting at the Worth Hotel, Homer Covey was elected president of the Fort Worth Chamber of Commerce. He is succeeding R. Mayo Bowen, who served two terms. Mr. Covey is the former president of the Worth Food Markets associated with several organizations. He has been an active member in the Chamber of Commerce for the past eleven years. He is shown standing behind the desk in his office. He is wearing a three-piece, double breasted suit. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram evening edition, January 18, 1944.
