Description

Officers with the Air Transport Command (ATC) are visiting Fort Worth, Texas. They are shown seated at a dinning table, left to right, are Brigadier General (Brig. Gen.) H. A. Craig, Major General (Maj. Gen.) Harold Lee George, and Brigadier General (Brig. Gen.) B. E. Gates. General Craig is with the Air Transport Command (ATC) staff in Washington D.C. General George is the commanding general of the Air Transport Command (ATC). General Gates is chief of the division of management control, Air General Staff. General Craig and General Gates are staff members of General George. All three men are dressed in their military uniforms. There is a large mural flanked by columns on the wall behind them. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram evening edition, January 10, 1944.
