The Texas Big Bend Park Association is sponsoring a statewide contest to design the park's souvenir honorary deeds. The deeds are given to contributors to the Big Bend National Park. The winning Texas art student will receive a $25 cash prize. Minnie Love Wheeler is an art student at Riverside High School. She is holding a book and drawing on an easel.
