Description

Two brothers serving in the United States Army are home in Fort Worth, Texas for a New Year's reunion. The brothers, left to right, are Private First Class (Pfc.) Horace Butts, 22, and Private (Pvt.) O. J. Butts Junior (Jr.), 26. They are spending their leaves at the home of their parents, Mr. and Mrs. O. J. Butts. Both brothers are stationed at Brooks Field, Texas. Horace is in the Brooks Field band while O. J. works in the Link trainer division. They are shown standing against a wall, dressed in their military uniforms. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, January 9, 1944.
