Description
First and second grade pupils of Diamond Hill Elementary School presented the play, "A Visit to Nursery Street," in the school auditorium. Nancy Ann Williams is peering from the window in a set piece on stage. Standing on the stage, left to right, are Betty Hanson, Doyle Harrell, Nancy Ann Cagle, O. H. Reeves, Joyce Amon and Ruby Jean Moore. Their teachers, Mrs. Hazel Downs and Mrs. Alberta Murphy, directed the play. Betty is wearing a dress and costume rabbit ears. Doyle is wearing a short-sleeve collared shirt, trousers and a straw hat. Nancy Cagle is wearing a dress and bows in her hair. O. H. is wearing a checkered blazer and trousers. Joyce is wearing a dress and a ribbon in her hair. Ruby is wearing a striped dress and an apron and is holding a cane.
