The banquet appears to have been eaten, there are dessert cups, coffee cups, and plates with unidentifiable items on them. Small U.S. flags are on little table decorations. Crites is wearing a double-breasted suit with a light shirt and a dark patterned tie. Brown is wearing a three-piece dark suit with a light shirt and a dark patterned tie and a watch chain across his vest. There is a handkerchief poking out of his breast pocket.
