Olmsted, 2110 Thomas Place, received his wings Wednesday at Frederick, Okla., and has been assigned to Fort Worth Army Air Field for transitional training in four-motor planes.Olmsted, who attended the University of Texas, entered the Air Forces last Jan. 20, and received basic training at Enid, Okla. Prior to enlisting, he was a radio announced at Kilgore. Lieutenant Olmsted has a brother-in-law, First Lt. Jack W. Rollow, who is also in the Air Forces."
