The far left man is unidentified, he is wearing a dark suit, a white shirt, a striped tie, and glasses. From the left, next is General Walter Kraus, wearing an Army Air Force uniform with insignia and award ribbons on the breast. He has a light shirt and matching tie. To the right in a civilian suit with a white shirt, tie, and handkerchief in his pocket is Mayor McCrary, holding a salt shaker over his plate and with a white napkin tucked into or up against his vest. He is wearing a three-piece suit. To the far right is Admiral Foote, wearing a Navy uniform, with a white shirt and dark tie. He has ribbons on his jacket breast and is wearing wire-rimmed glasses.
