Rayborn is wearing a dark suit with a skirt and jacket over a dark blouse. She is wearing earrings, rings, nail polish, and clutching a dark cloth handbag. Giltner is wearing a dark outfit with 3/4 length sleeves, a large metal ornamental buckle, a small hat, nail polish and a ring, a small hat, and is carrying gloves and a cloth handbag. Roper is wearing a dress made of corduroy for the bodice and a smooth fabric for the waist, skirt, and 3/4 length sleeves. She has on several strands of graduated pearls, is wearing a chain link bracelet, a wristwatch, a ring, and is carrying gloves and a patent leather handbag. Clipping: "Seven Fort Worth Girls Closer to Becoming WAVES Several Fort Worth girls, four of them war workers, Saturday were a step closer to becoming WAVES. They were taken to Dallas in a Navy station wagon for final tests and physical checkup before completing their applications, which, if approved, will result in assignment to Hunter College, New York, for training. The four war workers, however, will have to wait 60 days before entering service under the new manpower restrictions.
