Description

Harland Harvey Hester, superintendant of city street and garbage department. In the photograph, Mr. Hester is standing on the left side and has his left arm outstretched inspecting the bristles of a city street sweeper. He is wearing a suit jacket, diagonally, multi-colored tie, collared shirt and a western hat. There is a ring on his left ring finger. In his right hand he is holding a cigar. In front of him is the large grill of the street sweeper.
