Description
A themed War Bond Drive is being held in Fort Worth, Texas, by the Junior Chamber of Commerce to support the war effort. Members of "Judge Roy Bean's Court," left to right, are A. L. Bailey, Hap Hovenkamp, and Howard Carrell. Mr. Bailey is the council president. He is holding a microphone and acting as prosecutor. He is dressed in a button-up shirt, necktie, and trousers. Mr. Hovenkamp, of the operating engineers, is serving as judge. He is wearing a cowboy hat and a suit. Mr. Carrell was relieved of his judge duties and is being "fined" a $25 war bond. He is wearing a striped shirt, trousers, and an apron.
