Miss Julia Lovin, new deaconess of the Bethlehem Center, was introduced to the district meeting of the Women's Society of Christian Service Thursday at First Methodist Church. She is a native of Alabama, has an A. B. degree from Athens College, Athens, Alabama and an M. A. degree from Scarritt College, Nashville, Tennessee. She also attended Peabody College, Nashville, and took her post-graduate work in the New York school of Social Worker. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram, morning edition, September 10, 1943.
