Major Eben B. Taylor is the new regional communications control officer for the Third Airways Communications Region. He is succeeding Major Jess R. Guthrie. Major Taylor was previously the chief of the domestic regions of the Army Airways Communication System. He has completed 15 years of active military service. He is shown sitting at his new desk, dressed in a military uniform. On the desk is a notepad, pen stand and an ashtray.
