Description

E. P. Costello is relocating the Costello Ranch to Palo Pinto County despite years of history in Possum Kingdom Lake, Texas. His 233-acre island was covered by the lake waters when the Possum Kingdom Dam was built, making it difficult to continue his business. The granddaughters of Mr. Costello, left to right, are Ollie Ann O'Donnell and Mary Theresa O'Donnell. They are occupying a settee that belonged to their great grandmother, Mrs. Mathias Costello Ollie Ann, three, is wearing a button-up dress. Mary Theresa, seven, is wearing a dress. The girls are living at their grandfather's home while their father assists in running the ranch.
