Description

Annual meetings of the Texas branches of the National League of District Postmasters, the United National Association of Post Office Clerks, and the clerks' auxiliary ended at Hotel Texas after elections of officers. Shown here is Lee McRae, of Fort Worth, Texas, who was elected president of the clerks' association, succeeding Leon G. Hoppe. McRae is standing against a bare wall, wearing a suit and necktie. On the necktie is a tie chain with a boot shaped pendant.
