    Annual meetings of the Texas branches of the National League of District Postmasters, the United National Association of Post Office Clerks, and the clerks' auxiliary ended at Hotel Texas after elections of officers. Shown here is M. J. McMillan, of Hughes Springs, Texas, who was named president of the postmasters, defeating Joel H. Bugg by a vote of 20 to 13. C. R. Cleveland is the retiring president.
