Principal participants in the service flag dedication at Westminster Presbyterian Church included, left to right, Lieutenant B. E. McCaskill, Mrs. J. M. Rowland and Reverend J. H. Patterson. Mrs. Rowland is standing in the foreground next to a table on which there are two platters and a bouquet of flowers in between them. She is wearing a long-sleeve, button-down dress with a cropped cardigan and a flat-brimmed hat adorned with flowers. Lieutenant McCaskill and Reverend Patterson are standing on either side of a large service flag that is hung up on the wall.
