Four Junior High Schools are awarding students with a Citizenship Award from the American Legion. Each school has chosen one boy and one girl with outstanding citizenship as their representative. Pictured left to right are Cornelia Cheney and Rosemary Jonson. Miss Cheney is a student at McLean Junior High School. She is wearing a blouse with a frilly collar. Miss Jonson is dressed in a collared blouse and a blazer.
