Latin American health fiesta leaders are, left to right, seated, Dr. R. H. Needham, Mrs. Charles Moline, and Mrs. J. H. Salmon. Standing is R. D. Evans, director of the Recreation Department of Fort Worth, Texas. Mr. Evans is dressed in a double breasted pinstripe suit. Dr. Needham is chairman of the Fort Worth-Tarrant County Tuberculosis Society's early diagnosis campaign. He is dressed in a three piece suit. Mrs. Moline is vice president of the board of directors of the Mexican Center. She is wearing a dress with lace and a bow along the collar. Mrs. Salmon is president of the board of the Wesley Community House. She is wearing a floral, button-up dress.
