The district of Dalworth, Texas, is greatly improving their conservation practices. Two leaders of the project, left to right, are E. M. Schmutz and Bob Sweatman. Mr. Schmutz is a range conservationist in the Tarrant-Johnson County district. He is wearing a button-down shirt and a necktie. Mr. Sweatman is a work unit leader in the Dalworth Soil Conservation district. He is dressed in a collared shirt, necktie, and a jacket.
