Tommie Martin, two-and-a-half-year-old son of Mr. and Mrs. H. H. Martin, riding on a goat at the Red Cross War Fund livestock auction at Crowley, Texas. Behind the goat, at right, is an unidentified older man holding Tommie steady. A rope is tied to one of the goat's horns. Tommie is wearing a dark coat, a hat and trousers. Behind him and the goat is a crowd of people looking on.
