Description

The "All America" trophy, presented by the United States Public Health Service, was won by the Fort Worth-Tarrant County Tuberculosis Society for a report made by the society and its affiliated agency, Volunteer Health League. Standing left to right are Doctor H. M. Williams, city health director; Arthur J. Doherty, retiring society president; Doctor W. B. Nies, county health director; and Doctor I. P. Barrett, director of the school health service. Mr. Doherty is holding the trophy. All four men are wearing suits. All except Dr. Williams are also wearing eyeglasses.
