Harvey (four years old) and Judith Barnard (two years old), children of Lieutenant Colonel and Mrs. H. P. Barnard Junior, are new residents of Fort Worth, Texas. The siblings are sitting on one end of a floral print couch, engaged in a hug. Harvey has his arms around his sister and is smiling. Judith has her hand on Harvey's knee. Harvey is wearing a short-sleeve shirt and shorts and Judith is wearing a dress. The Barnards moved to Fort Worth, Texas, from Eagle Pass, Texas, after Lieutenant Colonel's latest promotion. He was working as a squadron commander at Perrin Field and is now taking the B-24 course at Tarrant Field.
