Mrs. B. C. Settle was elected president of the Woman's Club in Atlanta, Georgia. Mrs. Settle is shown standing in front of an empty wall, looking to her right. She is wearing a dark jacket with a wide collared blouse underneath and is holding her purse under her left arm. She is also wearing a small hat with netting on it. Mrs. Settle is the youngest woman to be elected president of the Atlanta Woman's Club. She is in Fort Worth, Texas, visiting her parents, Mr. and Mrs. J. G. Reeves. Mrs. Settle is the former Miss Martha Ed Reeves.
