Description
Early arrivals for the Texas and Southwestern Cattle Raisers Association convention opening in the Blackstone Hotel were, left to right, H. H. Matthews, Miles Bivins, and Claude K. McCan. They are sitting at a dinner table. On the table are menus, glasses, and plates. Mr. Matthews and Mr. Bivins, director of the association, are wearing suits. Mr. McCan, association president, is wearing a three-piece suit.
