Description
E. H. Dyer, charter member of the Fort Worth Optimist Club, was elected president of the organization at a luncheon at the Worth Hotel. He will assume office April 1, 1943. The outgoing president is T. W. Graham (not pictured). Dyer is sitting in a chair, wearing a double-breasted suit. On the wall behind him is a framed drawing of a man in a military uniform.
