Description
Doctor D. A. Davis has visited various prison camps in Germany, England, France, Canada and the United States. He brings assurance to friends and relatives of prisoners of war that the American prisoners are at least as well fed and cared for as are the soldiers of the capturing country. Dr. Davis is a former executive secretary of the War Prisoners' Aid of the Young Men's Christian Association's (YMCA) World Committee. He is shown standing in front of a wall, wearing a textured suit and a patterned tie. He is holding a pair of eyeglasses in his left hand.
