The three women are shown sitting at a table, rolling the first bandages in the new Red Cross surgical dressings room. Each of them are dressed in a Red Cross uniform that looks similar to a nurse's uniform; a fanned hat with the Red Cross logo and buttoned up blouses with name tags. In front of them, on the table, are different materials for the bandages.
