Sergeant George McCullough (right), veteran of World War II, being welcomed into Bothwell Kane Post of the American Legion by P. J. Woods (left). The two men are shown standing beside each other as Mr. Woods hands a slip of paper to Sergeant McCullough. Both men are wearing striped, double-breasted suits and caps on their heads.
