Among distinguished guests at the speaker's table at the banquet in honor of George J. Newman Junior, vice president of Consolidated Aircraft Corporation, were William (Bill) Shepherd, of Pine Bluff, Arkansas, national president of the Junior Chamber of Commerce, and Brigadier General Isiah Davies of the United States Army. The two men are sitting at a dinner table with a variety of plates, glasses and cutlery in front of them. The dinner menu can also be seen. Mr. Shepherd is engaged in conversation with General Davies. Shepherd is wearing a dark suit and Davies is wearing his military uniform. At the far right is an unidentified man standing with a file in his hand.
