Description
During an inspection of Fort Worth, Texas', Reserve Officers' Training Corps (ROTC) cadets, J. W. Nichols (back to the camera) presents a saber to Lieutenant Colonel Jackson R. Robinson for high marksmanship ability. Cadet Colonel Robert C. Haltom is on Robinson's right, and Lieutenant E. Bruce Peters, of Jennings Avenue Junior High School, is on his left. The cadets are wearing their ROTC uniforms and Nichols is wearing an overcoat, a hat and trousers.
