Among those in the reviewing stand during the inspection of Fort Worth, Texas', Reserve Officers' Training Corps cadets were, left to right, Cadet Colonel Robert C. Haltom, corps commander, Colonel Edward Keyes, of San Antonio, Texas, Brevet Lieutenant General John A. Hulen, Major General Holman Taylor, Colonel R. K. Whitson, professor of military science and tactics, School Superintendent Green and Floyd Maben Junior, school board member. The inspection took place on the Arlington Heights High School grounds. Colonel Haltom, Colonel Keyes, General Taylor and Colonel Whitson are wearing military uniforms. General Hulen, Superintendent Green and Maben are wearing suits, overcoats and hats.
