Policeman Vivian Howell handing tickets to Mary Elizabeth Jordan and Sergeant Bruce Carson of the M. P. Force. Miss Jordan and Sergeant Carson are shown in the middle of a dance, as both their hands are joined together. Sergeant Carson and Mr. Howell are dressed in military uniform while Miss Jordan is wearing a long skirt with a satin blouse.
