Description

The 1943 Golden Gloves State Tournament is being held at Will Rogers Memorial Coliseum in Fort Worth, Texas. Three of the five tournament judges are shown sitting at a ringside table. Pictured left to right are George Hill, W. R. Watt, and Doctor A. K. Doss. They will team with the referees in rendering decisions. Two judges and the referee work on each bout. All three men are dressed in hats and suits.
