    Two of the first three girls to enlist in Fort Worth's Pioneer Platoon of the Women's Auxiliary Army Corps (W. A. A. C.) are donning armbands to become recruiters themselves. Pictured left to right are Miss Louise Labus and Miss Florence Marie Bonner. Miss Labus is dressed in a sweater and a skirt. Miss Bonner is wearing a button-up dress.
