Description
Freezing temperatures are sweeping through Fort Worth, Texas, causing problems for residents. A Texas Water Company tank near the 2500 block of Carnation Avenue overflowed, spilling water over houses and cars. The water froze over and the ice is causing disruptions to the electrical service. Icicles are hanging from the water tower, power lines, and several trees.
