Description
Wives of Army officers at Camp Wolters made the Baker Hotel in Mineral Wells, Texas, their temporary home. Mrs. L. E. Needham (center) and her children, George (left) and Nancy (right), moved there September 15, 1942, with Captain Needham from Ohio. The family is shown standing at the top of a short set of stairs. Mrs. Needham is wearing a dark skirt and jacket with a collared blouse. George is wearing a jacket and a pair of trousers. Nancy is wearing a mid-sleeve blouse and a flannel-patterned skirt.
