    Description

    Fred Cowell, chalk artist of Culpepper, Virginia. Mr. Cowell is shown standing against a bare wall. His hands are clasped in front of him. He is wearing a dark suit and a pair of eyeglasses. He represents the Christian Workers' Bureau of the Moody Bible Institute in Chicago, Illinois and is giving "chalk sermons" on a tour of the country. He will be a guest on the Young Life Club's program Saturday. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram evening edition, January 9, 1943.
