"After the Rain" is an oil painting by Lewis Woods Teel of El Paso, Texas. Mr. Teel's painting unanimously won the popularity vote at the West Texas Art Show. He received a $25 prize for his work. The painting depicts the mountains of West Texas with a valley and a small pond.
