Adding to the Fort Worth, Texas, Victory Fund campaign, left to right, are Jack Elliott and R. F. Ball. Mr. Elliott is an employee at the First National Bank. He is selling $100,000 worth of government securities. Mr. Ball is the owner of the R. F. Ball Construction Company. The securities he is purchasing are "C" tax notes which are acceptable for the payment of income tax. Mr. Elliot is dressed in a double breasted suit with a pocket square. Mr. Ball is wearing a three-piece suit.
