Description
The general office of the Worth Food Market was robbed Thursday morning by three gunmen. One waited in the car, the second stood guard in the reception area, and the third carried out the robbery. Witnesses to the incident, left to right, were Mrs. Henry Wolf, Miss Josephine O'Connor, Miss Doris Stingily, and Miss Pauline Stafford. All four women are clerks at the office. They were sitting at their desks when the robber pulled his gun. He filled a flour sack with money and records from the 14 stores.
