Texas Wesleyan College (T. W. C.) is holding a special commencement for those serving in the armed forces. In attendance at the graduation is Doctor H. E. Stout. He was president of Texas Wesleyan College during the pre-depression years. During his tenure, T. W. C. was distinguished for faculty and the fine arts program. Dr. Stout is dressed in a suit, cap, and gown. He is wearing circle-framed eyeglasses.
