Jeanne (left) and Joan Loomis, stenographers at Quartermaster's Depot. Joan is shown sitting at desk with her sister Jeanne standing beside here. Both are smiling at the camera, as Joan writes in a large book. Both are wearing sweater vests with blouses underneath them and patterned skirts. The girls are 17 and have graduated from Anadarko High School, where they shared musical and dramatic interests. Behind them, other desks can be seen, as well as a few men working.
