Description
Junior Red Cross workers at Paschal High School. Left to right: Clifford Hodges, Pit Steele, Edna Carlson, Mary Katherine Boone. The group of four are shown sitting at a table knitting, sewing and painting flower containers Clifford is holding a paint brush and a can while the other three girls are working together on a quilt. On the corner of the table is a stack of paper and folders. Behind the group is a chalkboard with writing on it and on the adjacent wall a calendar hangs. The girls appear to be smiling while Clifford seems focused on painting. Published in The Fort Worth Star-Telegram Morning Edition December 6, 1942.
