"Women at War Week." Mrs. John B. Collier Jr., top bond saleswoman for the "Women at War Week." Mrs. Collier sold $13,450 in war bonds in 50 minutes at Washer Brothers. Mrs. Collier is shown seated at a desk with a stack of war bonds and a receipt machine. She is wearing a buttoned up jacket with two pins on her jacket's lapel. On the front of the desk are posters that surround it depicting a woman walking with the words, "She's Ready, Too". Mrs. Collier is smiling at the camera.
