Description
Billy Vaughn is a ninth grader at Amon Carter Riverside High School. For the last year he has been riding a unicycle to and from school every day. Since adopting the unusual method of travel, Billy has never been tardy. He is the 14-year-old son of Mr. J. W. Vaughn, who built the contraption. Billy is shown riding the unicycle down the street. He is dressed in a button-up shirt and trousers.
