O'Hara's wife is seated next to him as she looks on and Mrs. Sproles stands behind the colonel and looks on at the camera. O'Hara is dressed in a military uniform; Mrs. O'Hara is wearing a small hat and a collared blouse with a jacket; and Mrs. Sproles is wearing a Red Cross uniform. On the dinner table, there is a large amount of plates scattered about. Behind them trio are more tables with people eating.
