    Description

    W. M. Massie, president of the Tarrant County Chapter of the National Foundation for Infantile Paralysis, and A. B. Vera congratulate Anne Lydick on her recovery from polio. Young Anne is shown standing between the two men, smiling and looking on at Massie. Massie smiles back at her with his hand resting on her shoulder. Both Massie and Vera are wearing dark suits with Massie wearing a pair of eyeglasses. Anne was able to make her recovery by means of the Kenny treatment. In the foreground is a steam cooker which holds the hot packs for the treatment.
