    Description

    William H. Robb, left, 74 years old, is taking up a career again after being retired from government service in 1939. He is shown conferring with Sidney Wilson, assistant director of vocational education in charge of the war industries training program, regarding parts for an assembly jig. The two men are standing in front of the machinery, looking at blueprints. Mr. Robb is wearing overalls, a long-sleeve shirt, a bow tie and eyeglasses. Mr. Wilson is wearing a striped collared shirt, a necktie, eyeglasses and trousers.
