Description
The Rubberless Parade is being held in Abilene, Texas, proving that West Texans still love their horses. There is never a gathering without their "Mounties". More the 500 horseback riders are taking part in the parade, and recalling days of the old west before the advent of automobiles. Riding in a horse drawn wagon ins the American Legion Club. Their float is urging people to buy bonds. Two business are visible in the background - Texas Coffee Company and Stephen's Cafe and Market.
